Go Wild for "Ding"

Go Bully for "Ding" - An Evening with Teddy Roosevelt

Due to the island and Refuge continuing to heal and the challenges of hosting events on the island, we decided to take our annual fundraising event, Go Bully for “Ding,” off island. Go Bully for “Ding” will be uniquely themed around Theodore Roosevelt, filled with fun and entertainment, and held at the Broadway Palm in Fort Myers on March 6, 2023. Knowing how impacted everyone has been in the area, we dropped the price of the tickets to hopefully allow more people to attend and be a part of something that will inspire them to continue the hard work of recovery.

Sponsorships:

This event season, our goal is to bring back relative normalcy and joy to our supporters and community as we assist in rebuilding the Refuge we all know and love. Like the islands of Sanibel and Captiva, the Refuge sustained heavy damage. The mangroves, Refuge buildings, Wildlife Drive pavement, observation decks, intern housing, estuaries, and so much more need our help. As a result, event sponsorships are that much more important. Support from this event will go toward hurricane recovery at the Refuge, continuing its overall conservation work and educating our future environmental stewards. Your support is an opportunity to demonstrate the value you place on the Refuge’s conservation efforts and overall community impact, especially in the wake of Hurricane Ian. Sponsorships range from $500 - $10,000+ with benefits for each level. More information can be found in the event sponsorship packet.
